Waiting for my clouds pic to go through....
Soo... I've been trying to submit like every new deviation I have but nothing seems to go through. I don't get a limit err message either. 
Hmm... that's really weird. Try dA's Help Desk and submit a support ticket, hopefully they can sort it out. I just messed with some settings, but I'm not sure what's causing you being unable to post. Try one more time and then submit a help ticket if it doesn't work.
You should be able to submit, and being a contributor your submissions are set to be automatically approved.

I was away for 2 weeks on a trip. Really nice to see this invite. 8D Of course I'd join!!
Awesome! Glad to hear it- feel free to start submitting art whenever. 
Also, I'd just like to say... if growing out of KH or anything like that had to do with your leaving, you should come back. TKK is changing focus from KH and focusing more on being a general content kind of site, and we've been more active than any time in the past couple years or so. Lots of exciting changes going on right now... you should come back if you have time.
